Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Once the order is shipped delivery time will vary depending on your location.

Please note that Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside of our control.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The DubLife Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Returns Policy

This return and refund policy indicates the context in which you are eligible for a return and/or a refund on your order. This policy covers our online sales.

If you have any question that is not covered by this policy, you may contact us by sending an email at We will get back to you within 4-6 business days. 

How many days do I have to return my items?

We understand that some items might not fit your needs or might come with some manufacturing defects. As such, we do not directly offer a refund. However you can return any item to us in exchange for a different size or same product within 14 days of delivery. The 14-day window starts on the day you effectively receive the item at your delivery location. 

To notify us of your return, please contact our customer support team through email.

Once we are informed of your intent to return your order, you will have 10 days to send us back the item from the date of your return notification to us. When you send the item, please make sure that Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, Your item must be in the original packaging and Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

We only accept returns in case of size mismatch or product defects. 

Items need to be delivered back to us in acceptable and stock-able condition. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, you should expect the exchanged product to be shipped within the next 7 working days.

Do I need to cover return shipping?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping Costs are non​refundable.

What type of refund can I expect?

We do not offer a monetary refund however you can get your product exchanged for the same product or the same product in a different size. If you return your order within the 14-day window aforementioned, after approval process, we will send you the exchanged product within the next 7 working days.

  1. How do I check the status of my order?
    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
    If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

  2. Shipping to P.O. boxes
    Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please check the shipping method before placing the order. More information about this can be found on the respectitive courier website.

  3. Damaged Delivery
    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
